Example of usage: This company can be utilized as an agent, i.e. an agency agreement is entered into whereby these companies become agents for, say, other offshore entities in other jurisdiction and the companies earn minimal commission or flat fee on which it pays a standard corporate tax rate.

Look-Through Company Formation (Silver package) - from US $ 1,555.00
Includes NZ Registered Office Address, New Zealand Tax Authority Registration & Look-Through Registration (from incorporation date), Standard Constitution, Opening Minutes, Apostilled Certificate of Incorporation, couriered to you.
Example of usage: this structure can be used for trading as all profits are deemed to be distributed amongst the shareholders who file a tax return each year indicating no income is derived from New Zealand sources. Please note that it is advisable to use a New Zealand resident director as a foreign director coming from a place with which New Zealand has a double taxation treaty may in certain circumstances be treated as changing the domicile in which case there may be a risk that the company loses its look through.

Example of usage: This structure offers the added protection of limited liability to the partnerships as the partners can be offshore corporations, there is no tax liability in New Zealand as long as profits are made offshore, and this entity can trade or engage virtually in any activity.

Non-Resident Trust Formation (Platinum package) - from US $ 3,990.00
Includes Offshore Trustee - your non-resident Trustee (if required), New Zealand (Corporate) Trustee incorporation, NZ Registered Office Address, New Zealand IRD Disclosure (from formation date), Trust Deed, Memorandas and Resolutions, Notarised Documents, couriered to you, 3 hours of free legal / documentation support per Trust.
Example of usage: This product allows you to hold assets in trust giving full protection for all assets held by you under the rigorous asset protection trust laws of New Zealand which, means that no creditor, spouse or government agency can attack the trust assets if properly structured, your own corporate trustee can trade and then place the income into the trust, the structure gives maximum flexibility and little accounting or compliance issues.
